apparently, you never know who you'll find in los angeles.
he thought he could outrun me, but i got him. right outside american apparel on hollywood boulevard.
it made me happy to see so many disney-themed stars on the hollywood walk of fame! i took a ridiculous amount of random star pictures.. but here's the one i'm most excited about. ladies and gentlemen.. i present to you.. the one.. the only.. JOHNNY DEPP. that's right. i was determined to find his star, and it must have been fate, because it was literally like the fifth one we saw after we parked the car and started walking.
we didn't have much time to spend sightseeing because we had to catch a plane back home {last day, boo.} but we headed over to grauman's chinese theatre to see some of the handprints in concrete out front.
this was one of my favorites.. jane russell and marilyn monroe made their prints at the same time and wrote "gentleman prefer blondes" across both. look how tiny their heeled footprints look! around their blocks, you can see charleton heston, sophia loren, and danny thomas, the founder of st. jude children's research hospital.
and so ends our fabulous journey through california.. it was seriously an amazing whirlwind of a trip. i had so much fun in every single stop and wished we could have stayed longer at each one. hope you enjoyed my little vacation recap.. now back to your regularly scheduled programming.. ;)
